- ●1/4 cup Caramel syrup

Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 375°F (190°C).

Punch down the loukoumades dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness and use a cookie cutter to cut out circles.
