Italian Caramelized Honey Cake
A moist Italian dessert featuring caramelized honey and a hint of Russian flair.

- β2 cups all-purpose flourbake
- β1 tsp baking powder
- β1/2 tsp salt
- β1/2 cup unsalted butterbake
- β2 large eggs
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β1 cup russian tea biscuits (or cookies)crushed

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and honey until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in crushed Russian tea biscuits.
