Thai Honey Caramelized Chicken

Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds chicken breastboneless, skinless
- β2 tablespoons honey
- β1/2 cup caramelized onion
- β2 cloves russian garlic
- β2 tablespoons bake sauceThai red curry sauce
- β2 tablespoons coconut oil
- β1 tablespoon fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantrochopped

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until browned on both sides.

Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.

In the same skillet, add caramelized onion, russian garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Pour the honey and Thai red curry sauce into the skillet, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
