Slovakian Wrap with Tofu
A unique and flavorful wrap filled with Slovakian sausage, tofu, and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- β4 oz Slovakian sausage
- β6 oz Tofu
- β1 Large flour wrap
- β1/2 Cucumber
- β1/2 Bell pepper
- β1/4 Onion
- β1/4 Tomato
- β1 oz Oozing cheese
Instructions

Cook the Slovakian sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

Slice the tofu into thin strips and add to the pan with the sausage, cooking for an additional 3 minutes.

Warm the large flour wrap in the microwave or in a dry pan for 10-15 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spreading the cooked sausage and tofu mixture onto the center of the wrap.

Add sliced cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and tomato on top of the sausage mixture.

Drizzle oozing cheese over the top of the wrap.

Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.

Slice in half and serve immediately.
