Brazilian-Style Skewered Steak
A flavorful and tender steak dish from Brazil, marinated in a mix of spices and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Skirt Steakcut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 bunch Vegetable Skewerssuch as cherry tomatoes, onions, bell peppers
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oilfor brushing skewers
- β2 teaspoons Brazilian Seasoningor substitute with a mix of cumin, coriander, and paprika

- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepperto taste
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juicefor marinating steak

1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, Brazilian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Add the skirt steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
