Beef and Bisque Stew
A hearty beef stew infused with the rich flavors of bisque, perfect for a cold evening.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Beef
- β2 cups Ukrainian Bisque
- β1 large Glassy OnionChopped
- β4 tbsp Oozy Butter
Instructions

Heat 2 tbsp of oozy butter in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

Add the remaining 2 tbsp of oozy butter to the pot, then add the chopped onion.

Cook the onion until it's translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the Ukrainian bisque to the pot and stir to combine.

Return the beef to the pot and bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 2 hours or until the beef is tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
