Spring Egg Rolls with Russian Sour Cream
A delicious twist on traditional spring rolls, served with a tangy Russian sour cream sauce.
Ingredients
- ●1 package (usually 20-24 rolls) Spring Rolls
- ●4 large eggs Eggs
- ●1 cup Oozy Russian Dressingstore-bought or homemade
- ●1 cup Velvety Sour Creamstore-bought or homemade
- ●1/4 cup chopped Russian Dill

1. Preheat a deep frying pan or a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).

2. Remove the spring rolls from the package and separate them. If frozen, thaw according to package instructions.

3. In a small bowl, beat the eggs.

4. Dip each spring roll into the beaten eggs, coating completely.

5. Fry the spring rolls in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

6. Remove the fried spring rolls from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

7. In a separate bowl, mix together the Russian dressing and sour cream.
