Slovakian Grilled Veal Skewers
A traditional Slovakian recipe featuring marinated veal skewers grilled to perfection. Serve with a side of sauerkraut or braised red cabbage.

- β1 lb 1 lb veal tenderloincut into 1-inch pieces
- β1/4 cup 1/4 cup olive oilfor marinating
- β2 cloves 2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tbsp 1 tablespoon white wine vinegarfor marinade
- β1 tbsp 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsleyfor garnish
- β1 tsp 1 teaspoon paprikasmoked or sweet
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β10-12 10-12 wooden skewerssoaked in water for 30 minutes

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
