Vietnamese-Style Grilled Chicken Skewers
Delicious and easy-to-make skewers of marinated chicken, perfect for a summer evening. Inspired by the flavors of Vietnam, these skewers are a must-try for any grill master.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds chicken drumsticks
- β2 tablespoons fish sauce
- β2 tablespoons lime juice
- β2 tablespoons brown sugar
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 tablespoon ginger
- β1/4 cup green onions
- β2 stalks lemongrass
- β2 tablespoons coconut oil
- β10-12 skewers
