Lamb Tacos with Fresh Herbs

- β1/4 cup (15g) Fresh cilantroChopped
- β1/4 cup (15g) Fresh parsleyChopped

- β2 tablespoons Olive oilFor cooking
- β8-10 TortillasCorn or flour, for serving

In a large bowl, combine lamb pieces, taco seasoning, cilantro, parsley, and lime juice. Mix well to combine.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lamb mixture and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
