Ethiopian Beef Misir Wot
A classic Ethiopian beef stew made with misir wot, onions, garlic, and spices. Serve over injera or rice.

- β2 tablespoons Misir Wot Spice Mix
- β1 large, chopped Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β2 tablespoons Bekikemtera
- β2 cups Water

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a large Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the misir wot spice mix, bekikemtera, and water.
