Baked Jamaican Fish

Ingredients
- β2 fillets (6 oz each) Cod filletFresh or frozen, thawed
- β2 tsp Jamaican jerk seasoningHomemade or store-bought
- β2 tbsp Lime juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 tbsp Olive oilFor greasing the baking sheet
- β2 large Roasted sweet potatoesSliced into 1-inch thick rounds
- βchopped (for garnish) Fresh cilantroOptional

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Season the cod fillets with Jamaican jerk seasoning.
