Korean Roasted Fromage Anju
A simple, comforting Korean-inspired anju recipe that combines roasted fromage with spices, perfect for a cozy evening.
Ingredients
- β250g Fromagesoft, creamy cheese
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)optional
- β1 tsp Brown sugaroptional
- β1/2 tsp Garlic powderoptional
- β2 tbsp Sesame oilfor brushing
- βchopped (optional) Fresh cilantro

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the fromage into 1-inch cubes.

In a small bowl, mix together the Korean chili flakes, brown sugar, and garlic powder.

Toss the fromage cubes with the spice mixture until evenly coated.

Transfer the fromage to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
