Korean-Style Oven-Roasted Mackerel Jjigae
A fusion dish that combines the flavors of Korea with the richness of oven-roasted mackerel. This spicy jjigae is perfect for a quick and easy dinner.

Season mackerel fillets with salt and pepper.

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Sear mackerel fillets for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer to a baking sheet.
