Saudi Arabian Oven Roasted Lamb Kebabs
A classic Saudi dish featuring tender lamb kebabs roasted to perfection in the oven. This recipe is perfect for a special occasion or a hearty family dinner.
Ingredients
- β1.5-2 kg Lamb shoulder or leg, bonelessCut into 1.5-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor brushing kebabs
- βto taste SaltFor seasoning

- β3 cloves Garlic, mincedFor marinade
- β1 tsp PaprikaFor marinade

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

In a large bowl, mix together garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper.

Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and mix until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

Thread the lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
