Slovakian Beef and Dumplings
A hearty Slovakian dish featuring tender beef and fluffy dumplings, all baked in the oven to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1 pound BeefCut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 cups All-purpose flour
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 Eggs
- β1 cup Warm milk
- β2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- β1 OnionChopped
- β1/2 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- β1/4 teaspoon Dumpling spice

In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, and caraway seeds.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, warm milk, and butter.
