Turkish-Style Masarepa Flatbread
A traditional Mexican-inspired flatbread made with masarepa, perfect as a side dish or snack.

- β1 cup water
- β1/4 cup olive oil
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- β2 tablespoons chopped cilantrooptional

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine masarepa and water.

2. Add olive oil, salt, and yeast to the mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.

4. Divide the dough into 2-3 equal portions, depending on desired flatbread size.

5. Roll out each portion into a thin circle, about 1/8 inch thick.

7. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
