Pumpkin and Peppery Croissant Strata
A layered breakfast dish featuring the flaky goodness of croissants, the warmth of pumpkin, and the spiciness of peppery goodness.

- β1 cup Pumpkin puree
- β1 cup shredded Peppery cheese
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β6 eggs Egg

1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, pumpkin puree, salt, and black pepper.

3. In a separate bowl, tear the croissant pieces into small bits.

4. In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, create a layer of croissant bits.

5. Pour half of the egg mixture over the croissant layer.
