Crispy Pumpkin Tart
A French-inspired tart filled with roasted pumpkin and topped with a flaky croissant crust.

- β1 sheet, thawed Croissant
- β1 tsp, ground black pepper Peppery
- β1, beaten Egg
- β1/4 tsp, flaky sea salt Salt
- β2 tbsp, melted Butter
- β1 tbsp Sugar

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out the croissant sheet and place it in a tart pan.

In a bowl, mix the pumpkin, egg, salt, and sugar. Set aside.

Brush the melted butter onto the croissant crust.
