Korean-Style Turkey Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry featuring turkey, ham, and a hint of Korean chili flakes.
Ingredients
- β1 pound peppery turkey breastsliced into thin strips
- β1/2 cup hamdiced
- β1 teaspoon flaky korean chili flakesoptional, for added heat
- β2 tablespoons cooking oilfor stir frying
- β1 cup stir-fry mixany combination of your favorite stir-fry vegetables
- β2 tablespoons soy saucefor added flavor
- β1 tablespoon brown sugarfor balance of flavors
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β1 tablespoon sesame seedsoptional, for garnish

Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced turkey and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the diced ham and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
