American Cherry Cobbler
A classic American dessert featuring sweet cherries topped with a crumbly biscuit crust.

- ●1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces fluffy
- ●1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour american
- ●1 tsp ground cinnamon peppery
- ●1/2 cup granulated sugar cobbler
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the cherries, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. Let it sit for about 15 minutes, until the cherries start to release their juice.

Roll out the cold butter and flour mixture into a large rectangle.

Pour the cherry mixture into a 9x9-inch baking dish.

Place the rectangular dough on top of the cherry mixture, pressing the edges to seal.
