- β1 pound Beef stripssirloin or ribeye
- β1/4 cup Peppery stir fry saucestore-bought or homemade
- β8 ounces Ukrainian udon noodlesor any other Asian-style noodles
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilfor frying
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped, for garnish

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
