Stir Fry Peppery Beef
A flavorful Indian-inspired beef stir fry made with peppery notes and a hint of Ukrainian spice. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 teaspoons Ukrainian Spice Blend (2 tsp)Or use a mix of paprika, coriander, and cumin

- β1 large onion Onion (1 large)Chopped
- β1 large bell pepper Bell Pepper (1 large)Chopped
- β3 cloves Garlic (3 cloves)Minced

- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)Optional

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
