A keto twist on a classic appetizer, these bite-sized morsels combine crispy flatbread with tangy pickled and mediterranean flavors.
Ingredients

- β1 cup, chopped Pickled cucumbers
- β1/2 cup, crumbled Mediterranean feta cheese
- β1/4 cup Almond flour
- β1 Egg
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
- βto taste Salt

Cut flatbread into 1-inch (2.5 cm) squares.

In a shallow dish, mix together almond flour, egg, salt, and black pepper.
