Crispy Tofu Pita Sandwich

- β1 block TofuCrisp-fried
- β2 Pita BreadSliced in half
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt

2. Slice the tofu into thin strips and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Bake the tofu in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.

5. Meanwhile, toast the pita bread by wrapping it in foil and heating it in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
