Thai Chickpea Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with chickpeas, Thai spices, and a hint of puffy texture. Perfect for a gluten-free meal.
Ingredients

- β1 cup puffycrushed
- β2 tbsp thaired curry paste
- β1 cup padrice noodles
- β2 tbsp oilvegetable oil
- β1 clove garlicminced

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
