Pan-Seared Squid with Avocado Salsa
A gluten-free seafood dish featuring succulent squid with a refreshing avocado salsa.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Squid tubes
- β1/2 cup Quenched Red Onion
- β2 tablespoons Canadian Olive Oil
- β1 Baby Lime
- β2 tablespoons Ceviche Marinade
- β1 ripe Avocado
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
- βchopped Fresh Cilantro

Rinse the squid tubes and pat them dry.

Season the squid with salt and pepper.

Heat the Canadian Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the squid to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the squid to a plate and set aside.

In the same skillet, combine the quenched Red Onion, ceviche marinade, and chopped cilantro.

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
