Thai-Style Udon Noodle Stir Fry
A simple and flavorful stir-fry made with udon noodles, vegetables, and your choice of protein. This recipe is quick, easy, and perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 cup Soft khao (mushrooms)
- β1 cup Quenched noodles (bell peppers)
- β2 tablespoons Pad thai sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the soft khao (mushrooms) and cook until they start to brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the quenched noodles (bell peppers) and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the udon noodles and cook until they are heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
