Algerian Sweet Potato Wrap
A delicious Algerian-inspired sweet potato wrap with a hint of spice.
Ingredients
- β2 medium sweet potatoes
- β1 tsp algerian
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp coriander
- β1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1 large algerian flatbread wrap
- βfresh cilantro quenched

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Poke some holes in the sweet potatoes and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.

While the sweet potatoes are baking, mix together cumin, coriander, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.

Once the sweet potatoes are done, let them cool for a few minutes.

Slice the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and mash with a fork.

Add the spice mixture to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix well.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Warm the flatbread wrap in the oven for a few minutes.
