Crunchy Chickpea Wrap

- β1 can (15 oz) chickpea
- β1 cup crunchycrushed tortilla chips
- β2 tbsp quicklime juice
- β1 tsp fixcumin
- β1/4 cup mexicandiced red onion
- β1 large flour tortilla wrapwhole wheat or gluten-free
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Instructions

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

In a large bowl, mash chickpeas using a fork or a potato masher.

Add crunchy, quick, fix, and mexican to the bowl and mix well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Warm the wrap in the skillet for 1 minute on each side.
