Slovakian Grilled Skewers
A delicious Slovakian-inspired dish of marinated meat skewers grilled to perfection. Serve with a side of sauerkraut for a traditional touch.
Ingredients
- β500g pork tenderloincut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp red wine vinegarfor marinade
- β1 tbsp olive oilfor marinade
- β1 tsp garlic powderfor marinade
- β1 tsp onion powderfor marinade
- β200g sausagecut into 1-inch slices
- β200g sauerkrautfor serving
- βto taste black pepperfor seasoning

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.

3. Add pork and sausage to the marinade, mixing well to coat.

4. Thread pork and sausage onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.

6. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
