Argentinian Yautia Gratin
A rich and creamy gratin featuring yautia, a staple root vegetable from Argentina. Velvety and comforting, perfect for a chilly evening.

- β1 cup gratingrated cheese blend
- β1/2 cup velvetyheavy cream
- β2 cloves quickminced garlic

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange the sliced yautia in a single layer.

In a medium saucepan, combine the grated gratin cheese, heavy velvety cream, minced quick garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Pour the cheese sauce over the yautia, making sure they are fully coated.
