Skillet Beef Fajitas
A flavorful and spicy beef dish made with argentinian-style beef strips and sautéed vegetables, served with a side of quick winey sauce.
Ingredients

- ●1 medium onion
- ●1 medium bell pepper
- ●2 cloves garlic
- ●1 cup quick winey saucesee below for recipe
- ● skilletfor cooking
- ●to taste salt
- ●to taste black pepper
- ●chopped fresh cilantrofor garnish

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Return the beef to the skillet and add the quick winey sauce.
