- β150g fluffy pak cheesesoftened
- β1 turkish koi pastry cuttersfor koi-shaped dough
- β1 tsp borek seasoningoptional
- β1 tbsp waterfor egg wash
- β1 eggsbeaten for egg wash

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Roll out the quiet pastry dough to a thickness of 3mm.

Use the turkish koi pastry cutters to cut out koi-shaped dough.

Place a small amount of fluffy pak cheese in the center of each koi-shaped dough.

Brush the edges with water and fold the dough to form a triangle.
