Citrusy Guanciale Dolmades
A twist on traditional dolmades with the addition of crispy guanciale and a squeeze of citrus.

- β1 cup Riceuncooked
- β1 cup Dolmadescanned
- β6 slices Guancialethinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
- β2 tbsp Lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tsp Olive oilextra virgin
- βto taste Salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Wrap each dolmade in a piece of rice, leaving a small opening at the top.

Place the stuffed dolmades on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Meanwhile, cook the guanciale in a pan over medium heat until crispy.
