Italian Prawn Pilaf
A flavorful and easy-to-make Italian-inspired dish featuring succulent prawns and a delicious pilaf.
Ingredients
- β12 ounces raw prawnspeeled and deveined
- β1 cup pilafuncooked
- β1 teaspoon kenyan Kenyan spices for flavor
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 lemonjuiced
- βto taste saltfor seasoning
- β1 cup aeratedaerated water for cooking pilaf

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the raw prawns and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.

Add the pilaf to the skillet and cook according to the package instructions, using the aerated water.

Once the pilaf is cooked, fluff it with a fork and stir in the Kenyan spices.
