Pan-Seared Mediterranean Chicken
A flavorful and healthy Mediterranean-inspired dish made with pan-seared chicken, rich and savory sauce, and topped with crunchy pistachios.
Ingredients
- β4 Chicken breasts
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Pistachio
- β1/2 cup Mediterranean stir-fry sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

5. Add the Mediterranean stir-fry sauce to the skillet and bring to a simmer.

6. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
