Polish Oatmeal Gratin
A hearty, comforting Polish-inspired oatmeal dish topped with a rich, creamy gratin.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- β1 cup whole milk
- β1/2 cup grated cheddar cheesesharp or mild
