Mediterranean Lamb Pilaf

- β1 pound Lamb shoulder
- β1 cup Riceuncooked
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

- β1 teaspoon Pilaf spice blend

- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add lamb and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add rice, pilaf spice blend, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
