Grilled Aubergine with Algerian Spice
A flavorful and spicy dish made with grilled aubergine, roasted red peppers, and a blend of Algerian spices.
Ingredients

- β1 medium Roasted red pepper
- β2 tsp Algerian spice mix
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β Salt
- β Black pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Brush the aubergine and red pepper with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Grill the aubergine and red pepper for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until charred.

Transfer the grilled vegetables to a plate and let cool slightly.

Mix the Algerian spice mix with garlic and rub it all over the grilled vegetables.
