Ingredients
- β250g Beef (thinly sliced)Use high-quality beef for best results
- β1/4 cup Thai basilCan be substituted with sweet basil
- β1/4 cup Mint leavesOptional, but adds fresh flavor
- β2 Chili peppersUse Thai chilies or substitute with jalapenos
- β2 tbsp Fish sauceAdjust to taste
- β2 tbsp Lime juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup Roasted peanutsOptional, but adds crunch
- β2 tbsp Crushed crispy fried shallotsCan be substituted with regular shallots

Instructions

Crisp-fry the beef in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Set aside.

Chop the Thai basil, mint leaves, and chili peppers. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the crispy fried beef, chopped herbs, fish sauce, lime juice, and peanuts.
