Argentinian Mascarpone Cheesecake
A dense and creamy dessert, inspired by the argentinian passion for cheese and rich flavors.

- β250g mascarpone cheese
- β50g roasted almonds
- β150g dense granulated sugar
- β2 large eggs
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β1 bowlfor serving

1. Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

2. In a bowl, mix together mascarpone cheese, roasted almonds, dense granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.

3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until well combined.

4. Pour mixture into a 23cm (9 inch) springform pan.

5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

6. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

8. Release springform pan sides and transfer to a serving bowl.

9. Serve chilled, garnished with roasted almonds if desired.
