Spicy Seafood Tagine Recipe

Ingredients
- β1 pound Mixed seafood (such as shrimp, mussels, and clams)
- β2 teaspoons Egyptian mix spice blendAvailable at most Middle Eastern grocery stores
- β1 Roasted red pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Heat the oil in the bottom of a clay or ceramic tagine over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the mixed seafood, Egyptian mix spice blend, and roasted red pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a simmer, then cover the tagine and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
