Greek Spanakopita Stuffed Beans
A refreshing twist on traditional spanakopita, using tender beans as the base and a crumbly greek filling.

Ingredients
- β1 cup beansany type will work, but cannellini or great northern are best
- β1 package (thawed) spanakopitahomemade or store-bought, crumbled
- β2 tablespoons buttermelted
- β1/4 cup fresh dillchopped
- β1/2 cup feta cheesecrumbled
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine the beans, crumbled spanakopita, melted butter, chopped dill, crumbled feta, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
