- β2 PavIndian bread buns
- β1/4 cup Robust Indian ChutneyFor serving
- β1/2 cup Vegetable OilFor frying the vadas
- β1 large PotatoesFor serving
- β SpicesCumin, coriander, turmeric for serving

Instructions

Boil the potatoes and let them cool. Slice them into thin rounds.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan for frying the vadas.

Prepare the vadas according to the packet instructions.

Slice the pav in half and toast it lightly.
