Norwegian Cod Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew originating from Norway, featuring cod as the main ingredient. Perfect for a cold winter's night.
Ingredients

- β2 medium carrot
- β2 stalks celery
- β3 medium russet potatoes
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β2 cups fish stock
- β1 cup white wine
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice

Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the onion, carrot, and celery, and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the cod fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Remove the cod from the pot and set aside.
