Chicken Curry
A flavorful and aromatic Indian-inspired dish made with chicken, curry, and spices.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound Chicken breast
- ●2 teaspoons Curry powder
- ●2 tablespoons Salty butter
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●2 cloves Garlic
- ●1 medium Tomato
- ●1/4 cup Heavy cream
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute.

Add the tomato and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the heavy cream and cook until the sauce thickens.

Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
