Crispy Wontons with Savory Crumble

Ingredients
- β12-16 wrappers Wonton wrappers
- β1/4 cup Savory crumble (see below)
- β1/2 cup, crushed Chips
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 egg Egg, beaten
- β2 teaspoons Soy sauce
- β1/2 cup Shredded cabbage

1. Preheat oil in a deep frying pan or a deep fryer to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together the beaten egg and soy sauce.

3. Dip each wonton wrapper into the egg mixture and coat evenly.

4. Carefully place the coated wonton wrapper into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.

5. Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried wonton and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

6. In a separate pan, heat the crushed chips over medium heat.
