French Burger au Gratin
A twist on the classic burger, topped with a French-inspired potato gratin. Serve with a side of your favorite salad.

- β2 medium Potatothinly sliced
- β1/2 cup, shredded Savory Cheese
- β4 Burger Buns
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, in a separate skillet, melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced potatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Transfer the cooked potatoes to a baking dish. Top with shredded savory cheese and cook in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Assemble the burgers by placing a cooked patty on each bun, followed by a spoonful of the potato gratin.
