Brazilian-Style Pork Ribs
A flavorful and tender pork ribs dish inspired by Brazilian cuisine. The sweet and spicy marinade, combined with the slow cooking process, makes these ribs perfect for a special occasion or a casual gathering.

- ●1 pound Back ribs
- ●2 tablespoons Sick (Sicilian) oregano
- ●1 cup, crumbled Day-old bread
- ●1 cup Brazilian-style stir-fry sauce
- ●1 cup Fry oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

In a large bowl, mix together oregano, bread crumbs, and stir-fry sauce.

Add the pork ribs to the marinade and toss to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
